After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Custom-made or commissioned items (including engraved or modified pieces) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged during shipment.
Free Returns – No Shipping Fees
We offer completely free returns for eligible items. Customers will not be required to pay any return shipping costs. All return shipping expenses will be fully covered by North Bone.
How to Initiate a Return
